     The public communal utility in the municipality Dolneni is formed several years ago, but apart of that it is facing many problems in its work because of the lack of financial means and technical equipment. During the working of its activities PCU – Dolneni uses services from legal and physical persons on the territory of the municipality who have equipment and mechanisms, all that in agreement for cooperation.
      The water supply network in municipalty Dolneni is longer than 150km, and the slack technical equipment of PCU makes it difficult for maintenance. The same problem is faced in the try for organized carrying of the firm garbage.
